Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to different learning styles.
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, including tests, assignments, and observations.
- Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues to support student development.
- Manage classroom behaviour through positive reinforcement strategies and clear expectations.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance educational programmes and share best practices.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.

Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of the primary curriculum
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in UK primary schools
- Strong classroom management skills
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
- Passion for helping children reach their full potential

Requirements
- Enhanced valid DBS (we can support with this)
- Safeguarding training(we can support with this)
