We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team!

We are seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious and driven recruitment consultant / senior consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen interest and/or personal knowledge of the educationand specifically special educational needs sector and feel passionate about recruitment in this field. 

The role requires the ability to create and maintain strong relationships with candidates and schools and the ability to create new business opportunities. This role is fast paced and target driven and will suit people who are able to think on their feet and thrive under pressure.

Whether you have worked within a sales environment, been a high achieving employee in a customer facing role or have industry-based experience of special educational needs, we would love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will join a supportive and forward-thinking team and can expect a generous commission package, holiday allowance and sector leading training and excellent career progression opportunities.

• Hybrid role – Balsall Common and home based

• Salary £30k - £35k depending upon experience
